“I've had my aircon for a couple of years now, never had any problems. Have had it serviced a couple of times and Josh is really friendly and helpful. He's always on time and calls beforehand to let you know he's on the way. He also goes above and beyond to make sure I know what I'm doing with the controller as I'm IT illiterate! I also had a technician out to look at the controller when it had an error message and he too went above and beyond with helping me understand the app!”
